In Task Manager it also shows that it closes, and yes, I have waited. What happenes now is that it gets me to the 'server configuration' window, where I set my port, my name, etc, and the ' Starting dedicated server' pops up, and then closes right after. Please note that this ALSO happened BEFORE I tried the metamod thing. I wanted to install some plugins, so i downloaded metamod (from and old source, I tried it with the new one and same thing happened) and i followed a guide from SC 3.X I think.
I started the server, but it closed automatically, '' Weird' I thought but after opening it again, the firewall window opened, and after giving it acces, it opened. I did it with SteamCMD, and everything went smooth as butter. :) I also wanted to know how many people from FPSB still play SC. If I do find a good host I might make it into a FPSB server. I play SC with my friends everyday, and we've decided that I should make a server. As the description says, I need to know if there are any good Sven coop server hosts as I am unable to port-forward.
